Initially, Gregory and his team came to our house and provided a detailed estimate of what it would take to complete our project and upon approval, they were back and done within a day.
About a year or so later, my company relocated and I needed to get my training center up and running, so I called Greg's team back and he again provided the same courtesy and professional installation of our audio/video equipment within the established schedule.

Several months ago I hired Gregory Lawary, and his company Definitive Entertainment to set up and install my new entertainment system.
It made sense to me to only consider the best after a considerable investment in a large flat screen TV and surround sound system.
I called Gregory who was highly recommended by the retailer who sold the equipment. Gregory came quickly and arranged and installed my system quickly and professionally. Everything worked perfectly.
Some weeks later, I had a problem that was created by the cable installer. I contacted Gregory who was walking out the door for his vacation to the mid-west. Sensing my disappointment, Gregory stopped by my home enroute to his vacation destination and quickly fixed the problem that would have left me with no TV for several weeks. How much do I owe you, I ask. Nothing this time he said with a smile as He returned to his car where his family had been waiting.

I called and he came out to give me a free estimate, took one look and told me that he could get all the work done within my budget. Not being an audiophile or anything even close, I was in a real dilemma when I wanted to hook up by new HDTV and sound system. Gregory was recommended to me and with one phone call; the whole system was purchased by Gregory (within my budget and needs) and professionally installed by himself and his team. Wow, what a great job they did! Even programming a new remote that operates every device from one remote! Since my installation, I have forgotten a few things. One phone call to Gregory and there are my answers...right over the phone immediately. Even going so far to stop my home one morning when I was totally confused on how to get the speakers in another part of the house to come on. That is real customer service!
